Quality control :
Separate quality control division independently operates directly under the
Executive Director controls quality of all stages from Raw materials to final AQL inspection . The main areas covered are :
- Fabric is Inspected based 4 pints system before cut.
- Accessories are controlled as per the approval given by buyer before issued to to Lines
- In line inspection to rectify issues in the Beginning
- 100% check on all garments at end of the line. Including measurements
- After finishing re-final inspection is implemented ,especially to control labeling problems

Sample & Development Section
Sampling section is set up to meet customers demands on the developments of designs and styles with the strength of experience pattern makers and the Sample makers.
Also sample section ensures the in time approvals of styles and fits as per buyer’s requirement. Also its make sure that lines are set for the production with the relevant technical information that are used in the samples.
This section offers salesman sample services to their customers at completive rates.
Cutting Section
Cutting Section involve in marker making to ensure to meet customers requirements and cost line.
Also it performs fabric inspection based on 4 points system prior to the cutting and ensures no defects fabrics are used in the production.
Further , after cutting, all panels are checked and numbered to avoid color shadings, and other fabric defects . Our Cutting QA people put this practice to avoid defects goes to the production line.
Cutting section too strengthen by skilled cutters, Marker makers & Cutting Qa team.
Sewing Section
Presently 5 lines are in operation in the building with 65 machines in each line.
Our sewing lines are capable in handling all types of woven garments with a high quality conscious.
Assembly line system is followed here with a combination of modular system
The team works on few garments at a time instead of bundle system and the operators are continuously motivated to work as a team to achieve the target production.
A strict in line inspection is in place and end of the lines all garments screened one by one to ensure the product’s quality standard.
Finishing Section
Finishing Section is equipped with steam irons and vacuum tables. And also it is facilitated with special lighting arrangements for segregation of the shades.
Finishing section is responsible for
incorporating the buyer’s specified finishes to the stitched garments and packing those garments as per the specified packing details specified by buyer.
Again a Re-final inspection would take place to ensure the product’s quality standard , which shall go though a Final inspection .
